Biography
Gloria Dandridge, Esq., is a dedicated and proactive attorney with a passion for practicing law. She has leveraged her strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to aid clients through consulting and building rapport, particularly in handling sensitive cases involving victims of violent crimes. Gloria’s expertise extends to administration, document and process review, and research, with a proven track record of key contributions to various successful legal projects, including those for international organizations. She has developed and cultivated corporate relationships between institutions, law enforcement, and governing authorities.
Gloria is proficient in drafting a wide array of legal documentation, including court petitions and proceedings, contracts, agreements, and internal case investigations prior to litigation processes. Her diverse background has enabled her to drive corporate growth, aiding previous employers through business development, recruitment, and training, as well as team supervision.
Currently, Gloria serves as an Associate Family Law Attorney at NextLevel Law, P.C. by Daniel R. Hernandez, Esq., in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she maintains and manages a caseload of approximately 45 or more cases, represents clients in court or before government agencies, prepares and drafts legal documents on behalf of clients, advises clients on business and legal transactions, negotiates settlements for legal disputes, and complies with all legal standards and regulations. She also acquires new clients, performs consultations, assists in marketing strategies, and participates in networking events.
Prior to her current role, Gloria was a Review Attorney at Honigman LLP, where she effectively communicated and built collaborative working relationships at all levels of the firm. She demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, managed time, and resources effectively, and consistently tracked and met deadlines. Her responsibilities included handling M&A due diligence work and reviewing standard commercial documents.
Gloria also served as a Document Review Attorney at Special Counsel, collaborating with a team of attorneys on wide-ranging document review projects for clients, involving research and due diligence. She maintained efficiency with an average count of 60-100 documents reviewed per hour and provided quality control for clients.
Earlier in her career, Gloria was a Legal Fellow at the DPP in Kampala, Uganda, where she supported local Ugandan attorneys through writing and legal research. She provided vital communication and assistance in client interviews, corresponded with local law enforcement, and tracked and followed up on pending cases to ensure continuance. Her major contributions involved liaising between local NGOs and various stakeholders.
