Biography

Tiffany, a Northern California native, graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Following her undergraduate studies, Tiffany moved to Chicago to attend DePaul University College of Law where she obtained the degree of Juris Doctor. While still considered a young attorney, Tiffany has over 5 years of domestic and international legal experience where she played an integral part in conducting court hearings and client interviews, as well as drafting legal documents across many practice areas, including family law, real estate, estate planning, and international law. Throughout Law School, Tiffany focused her passion for human rights and conducted extensive research on the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Humanitarian Law of Armed Conflicts, and the Geneva Convention. Along with her Juris Doctorate, Tiffany also holds a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from DePaul University College of Law.

At NextLevel Law, Tiffany continues to use her passion for human rights and advocacy to help guide those in need through the complexities of the Domestic Relations Court system. As a member herself of the LGBTQ+IA community, Tiffany's passion lies in helping those within the community who may be disadvantaged by the current system. Since LGBTQ+IA marital laws are still in their infancy, Tiffany and NextLevel Law, P.C. rigorously advocate to ensure that these laws are being interpreted and applied as intended by our justice system so that those underrepresented individuals and communities are treated justly. Whether it be parentage, divorce, adoption, or name changes, Tiffany wants to make sure that anyone who needs the help has access to just representation under the law.
