Rossana “Ana” Garduno

Associate Attorney

Ana Garduno is a Spanish-speaking associate attorney. She was proudly born in Toluca, Mexico. Ana comes to our office with previous experience in family law as a legal assistant and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Scanniccho. At NextLevel Law, Ana’s career is fulfilled by providing thorough, transparent, and zealous representation for clients. Her goal is to establish trust and confidence in the attorney-client relationship. Ana is passionate about family law and is understanding that divorce and parentage issues are deeply personal.

Ana graduated from Roosevelt University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. She graduated from UIC John Marshall Law School with a concentration in International Human Rights. While at UIC John Marshall, Ana became a student attorney with the International Human Rights Clinic, assisting clients with their asylum applications and other immigration issues. Since 2016, Ana has worked in a variety of legal roles, gaining broad experience in serving Chicagoland clients. Outside of the office, Ana enjoys cooking, reading, and cheering for the Chicago Sky!
